Shipping Information

• All products are available for FREE pickup from the print lab in north-west Winnipeg, MB. This option can be chosen at check out and pickup details will be communicated when the product(s) are ready.

• Shipping is currently available to the Canadian provinces and territories.

• Please choose the shipping option based on the largest size of print you have ordered (for example, if ordering a 20x40” and a 12x18”, please select the ‘large ship’ option to allow room for the larger print - both will ship together at the one price):

  1. FREE pickup (in Winnipeg, MB)

  2. Standard Ship [most sizes] - $40

  3. Large Ship [20x40” and 24x36”] - $63

  4. XL Ship [24x48”, 30x60”, and 40x50”] - please inquire prior to order**

• **Shipping is currently offered for products based on the size and weight of the print. The largest sizes of Fine Art Canvases are available for shipment at very high costs and we are currently looking for other options to deal with this issue - please reach out to us ahead of your order and we may be able to find another solution!

• Packaging for shipping is completed by the print lab for optimal protection while using minimal materials.

• Once your order is received, it will be placed with the print lab in Winnipeg, MB. Please allow for printing fulfillment timelines as outlined below by the lab (plus shipping times of 2-13 business days from the time of package pickup):

  1. Fine Art Canvas - 10 business days

  2. Traditional Canvas - 16 business days

  3. Metal Prints - 9 business days

• Standard shipping timelines as outlined by Canada Post are as follows:

  1. Western Canadian provinces (incl. Manitoba) - ~2-8 business days

  2. Eastern Canadian provinces (incl. Ontario) - ~3-13 business days

  3. Canadian territories - ~7-13 business days

• Please allow additional time and patience for unforeseen delays but we will do our best to have your product delivered on time.
